4) An auto generated invoice will be sent to your registered email
5) Reply to the invoice with your payment details
6) Order will be shipped within the next 2-3 days after payment verification email is sent
Delivery information
All packages are despatched by the Singapore Post Office.
Normal Mail
Normal postage is a flat rate of $1.50 regardless of the number of items you purchase. Normal mails will usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days from day of despatch.
Registered Mail
Registered mail involves an additional charge of S$2.24. Registered mails will usually arrive within 2 to 5 working day from day of despatch. Hollyhoque will not be held responsible for any lost normal mails should you decide not to opt for registered mail as your preferred mode of delivery.
Once your order has been processed and despatched, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your email. A tracking number, or registered article number (RA#), allows you to check the status of the package with the mail service provider. For SingPost, you can track the status of your package here.

For new apparel(s), do a quick rinse in cold water first and then immediately drip dry it

Return/Exchange policy
To qualify for a return/exchange of defective or wrong item/s despatched, item/s must be returned, unworn/unwashed and in a brand new condition. Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the despatch date. Please note that after this period, we will be less likely to entertain the return/exchange of the item/s.
Under all other circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided. In the event that the item/s you originally purchased is/are out of stock, a full refund will be processed.
Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Hollyhoque reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.

To purchase from Hollyhoque, you are required to sign up for an account with us providing details such as name and postal address or other personal information that can be used to contact you. Hollyhoque will not disclose these given information to any third party and is used only for your shopping experience with us. At any time, should you wish to edit your personal details, you may do so by logging in to your account to make the necessary amendments.
