By purchasing from us, you are deemed to have agreed to all our Terms & Conditions stated below. Hollyhoque reserves the right to amend our Terms & Conditions from time to time. 

Ordering Information

To place an order, simply add the item/s of interest into your bag and proceed to check out. Your order is only secured upon receipt of an invoice in your email inbox. Please note that payment has to be made within 24 hours, failing which, your item/s will be passed on to the those in the waiting list.

Payment Method

Payments can be made to Hollyhoque's official account [DBS Savings Plus Account No. 0159046196 or UOB Savings Account No. 3143719179 or OCBC Current Account No. 528-796923-001] via
1. I-Banking (Please furnish your IB Nick); or
2. ATM Transfer (Please furnish a clear snapshot of your transaction receipt).

Delivery Information

Shipping and Handling – Normal Postage
Shipping and handling for normal postage is an additional charge of S$1.50 regardless of the number of items purchased. The delivery time for mails sent via normal postage is between 2 to 7 working days. 

Courier involves an additional charge of S$2.55 on top of the normal postage of S$1.50. The delivery time for mails sent via courier (5PM-8PM hours) is usually next day delivery, however, sometimes due to overload, there could be delays as well. In cases like this, please email us at to ask for your tracking number (: 
Hollyhoque will not be held responsible for any lost normal mails should you decide not to opt for courier as your preferred mode of delivery. 

Return/Exchange Policy 

To qualify for a return/exchange of defective or wrong item/s despatched, item/s must be returned,unworn/unwashed and in a brand new condition. Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request.
*Length discrepancy of 0.5"-1" shall not be considered a defect. (Measurements are taken when item is laid flat) 
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 10 working days from the despatch date. Please note that after this period, we will be less likely to entertain the return/exchange of the item/s.

Under all other circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided. In the event that the item/s you originally purchased is/are out of stock, a full refund will be processed. 

Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Hollyhoque reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
