By purchasing from us, you are deemed to have agreed to all our Terms & Conditions stated below. Hollyhoque reserves the right to amend our Terms & Conditions from time to time.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard Courier Delivery: $3

Up to 48 hours from date of despatch 

Express Courier Delivery: $5

Within 36 hours from date of despatch 

Complimentary Standard Courier Delivery for orders above $120.

Self Pick-up @ Orchard Gateway #B2-02: $0.50 

Kindly allow 2 working days for your order to be transferred from our warehouse to the store. A confirmation email will be sent to you once it has been successfully transferred. 


RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY
(NOT APPLICABLE FOR SALES ITEMS)

To qualify for a return/exchange, please ensure that:
1) the exchange tag is still intact
2) the item is unworn/unwashed
3) the item is in a brand new condition

Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request. 

Exchanges are only valid for a change in Size or Color. An exchange for another item is not allowed. 

Please email us at hollyhoque@gmail.com and wait for further instructions before sending the parcel back to us.

The returned parcel must be mailed back to us within 15 working days from the day you have received your parcel. Hollyhoque will not be liable for the postage cost involved in the process of exchange and a top of $4.05 for the initial postage delivery is required. All parcels are to be mailed back to us via Registered Postage.
Upon receiving the returned parcel, a one-to-one exchange will be provided.
* Discrepancy of 0.5" - 1" will not be considered as a defect * (Measurements are to be taken when item is laid flat)

Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Hollyhoque reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.

WRONG ITEM DELIVERED/ DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please drop us an email at hollyhoque@gmail.com , and we will advise you on the returns accordingly.

To qualify for the return/exchange, please ensure that:
1) the exchange tag is still intact
2) the item is unworn/unwashed
3) the item is in a brand new condition.

Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request.

A one-to-one exchange of the same item in the same color and size will be proceed once we received the returned parcel.  In the event that the item/s you originally purchased is/are out of stock, a full refund will be processed.

BOUNCED MAIL

In an event that your parcel bounces back to us, for any reason, Hollyhoque will contact you personally.
Postage cost will be borne by the customer should it be due to "Unclaimed at PO/ Incorrect/ Insufficient Address" etc.
If it was an error made by Hollyhoque, we will bear the re-delivery cost.

Hollyhoque retains the right to keep any bounced mail that remains unclaimed after 3 Months, and we will not be further liable for it.
