Terms of service
To qualify for a return/exchange of defective or wrong item/s despatched, item/s must be returned, unworn/unwashed and in a brand new condition. Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request. Tags are required to be intact/ attached to the apparel in its original form.
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the despatch date. Please note that after this period, we will be less likely to entertain the return/exchange of the item/s.
*Length discrepancy of 0.5"-1" shall not be considered a defect. (Measurements are taken when item is laid flat)
Under all other circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided. In the event that the item/s you originally purchased is/are out of stock, a full refund will be processed.
Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Hollyhoque reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
