RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY
(NOT APPLICABLE FOR SALES ITEMS)
To qualify for a return/exchange, please ensure that:
1) the exchange tag is still intact
2) the item is unworn/unwashed
3) the item is in a brand new condition
Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request.
Exchanges are only valid for a change in Size or Color.
Please email us at hollyhoque@gmail.com and wait for further instructions before sending the parcel back to us.
The returned parcel must be mailed back to us within 15 working days from the day you have received your parcel. Hollyhoque will not be liable for the postage cost involved in the process of exchange and a top of $6 for the initial postage delivery is required. All parcels are to be mailed back to us via Registered Postage.
Upon receiving the returned parcel, a one-to-one exchange will be provided.
* Discrepancy of 0.5" - 1" will not be considered as a defect * (Measurements are to be taken when item is laid flat)
Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Hollyhoque reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
